Sadly, it can be a girl-eat-girl world out there, where too much judgement is passed, too much critiquing occurs and too many women feel alone in this life.

Not here ladies! LifeLonWellness is a place where women of all ages, experiences, shapes and sizes will be loved, encouraged and built up. Here, I hope you will find the strength that I know is already within you, that you’ll learn how best to put that strength to use for not only others, but most importantly, for yourself and that you’ll be inspired to think about your life in a way you’ve never thought possible.

Through LifeLonWellness, I hope to empower and encourage the on-the-go gal to understand the importance of self-care and self-love, while providing inspiration and content to help you uncover your inner heroine, so you can confidently face the pressures and challenges life presents with grit, grace and sensibility.

We’ve all heard the saying, “Empowered women, empower women.” And maybe you’ve heard that, “Behind every successful woman is a tribe of successful women who have her back.” I hope we can create a supportive community you can turn to for inspiration and motivation. I hope we can come to an understanding that to survive we MUST self-love and self-care because neither are selfish and in order to help others, we must first help ourselves.

You can’t pour from and empty cup.

Put on your oxygen mask before assisting others.

You gotta nourish to flourish.

Each of these sayings rings so true and yet we so often forget their importance, myself included.

I hope that here we can grow a culture of self-care and self-love that fosters within each of you the strength and confidence to put yourself at the very top of your To Do List and to encourage the women around you to do the same!
